Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects in the Fort Collins area. This individual will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring proper sequencing of work
- Enforce job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct daily site walks and coordinate inspections
- Partner closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and project goals
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
- Proven track record managing projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office, industrial, retail, or mixed-use projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
