A leading general contractor with a strong regional presence is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee $10M–$30M ground up projects across Colorado and Wyoming. Current and upcoming work includes K-12 schools, a $20M medical center, and large scale workforce housing located in various sites from Cheyenne, WY to Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee site operations from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors and enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards
• Lead daily coordination meetings and oversee Procore reporting
• Deliver projects on time with accountability and client satisfaction
Qualifications
• 5 years of Superintendent experience on projects $20M
• Strong background in ground up and fast track delivery in healthcare, education, or housing
• Proficient with Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• OSHA 30 certified; ability to travel (per diem, lodging, and vehicle stipend provided)
Compensation and Benefits
• $135K–$155K base salary plus bonus
