Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Monitor and enforce project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistent communication with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Prepare daily logs, progress reports, and documentation to track project status, productivity, and performance.
- Support on-site team development, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Qualifications:
