Project Manager Job Description:
The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the Commercial (Healthcare, municipals, office buildings...etc.) sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and oversee construction sequencing and timelines.
- Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and forecast financials to ensure projects meet profitability targets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to project plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Mentor and manage junior project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred
- 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within Commercial (k-12, municipals, office buildings...etc.)Construction
- Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
- Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
Salary: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
