We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee wastewater treatment plant projects in the Charlotte area. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day management of wastewater treatment construction projects (Civil/Water/Wastewater)
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control measures
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and reporting
- Conduct site walks, proactively resolve field issues, and maintain project timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, inspectors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience managing wastewater or water treatment plant construction projects (Civil/Water/Wastewater)
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and mechanical process systems
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and project documentation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
