Your New Role
We’re hiring a Journeyman Electrician to work primarily in industrial settings. You’ll handle everything from installations to repairs, ensuring all electrical systems meet safety and code standards across commercial and industrial job sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing electrical installations, maintenance, and upgrades in industrial environments
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensuring all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
- Working independently and safely while collaborating with other trades and team members
- Supporting apprentices with mentorship and guidance
- Maintaining job site documentation and safety protocols

Job requirements
- Valid TDLR Electrical Journeyman License
- Active TWIC Card
- Ability to pass a drug screening, including a hair follicle test
- 3–5 years of experience as a journeyman in an industrial setting
- Certification or technical training in the electrical trade
- Solid knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations
- Skilled in reading blueprints and diagnosing systems
- Strong work ethic, attention to safety, and clear communication skills
