Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the voice of our company, engaging potential clients through outbound calling campaigns to promote our innovative products and services. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer interest, foster relationships, and contribute to our business growth. Main objective is calling pre-selected lists of homeowners, etc. in order offer our products and services. Others include calling current customers regarding billing and or other opportunities.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage clients through professional phone communication, clearly explaining product features and benefits
- Apply consultative selling skills to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their objectives
- Manage multiple leads efficiently using sales automation technologies and CRM systems to maximize productivity
- Follow up with potential customers regularly to nurture relationships and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies and target audiences for outbound efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environments with a focus on outbound calling
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills in English
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of sales automation tools is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, customer service, and client communication
- Call center experience or telemarketing background preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
Pay: $15.00 per hour
