Scott C’s Auto Sales is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales & F&I Specialist to join our team in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. We are looking for someone who understands the complete automotive sales process and can confidently work with customers from the initial conversation through financing and final delivery.
Experience with classic, collectible, specialty, and enthusiast vehicles is a strong plus. The right candidate will be comfortable selling both everyday vehicles and unique inventory where product knowledge, presentation, and customer relationships matter.
Responsibilities
Assist customers throughout the vehicle sales process
Build relationships with customers and follow up with leads
Present vehicles professionally and accurately
Structure and finalize vehicle transactions
Complete financing and F&I paperwork
Work with lenders and financing sources
Present available finance and protection products
Ensure deal paperwork is accurate and complete
Coordinate with the title and administrative team
Assist with trade-in evaluations and deal structure
Maintain communication with customers through vehicle delivery
Develop a working knowledge of classic, collectible, and specialty inventory
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales experience preferred
Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
Understanding of automotive financing and dealership paperwork
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small dealership team
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge or experience with **classic, collector, muscle, specialty, or enthusiast vehicles is a major plus**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
