What You’ll Do as a Recruiting Coordinator Associate:
The Scotlynn Talent Acquisition team is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator Associate - Intern to join our team! The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn more about recruiting in a dynamic environment. This internship opportunity includes collaborating with the TA Team to assist with coordinating, sourcing, and hiring!
- INTERNSHIP IS ONSITE 20 HOURS A WEEK**
- Assist with scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and coordinating logistics for candidates to enhance their experience.
- Communicate and coordinate with the team and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a thorough and accurate interview process within compliance.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting/TA Team to support in hiring efforts company wide.
- Assist with posting jobs, sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, and potentially conducting initial screenings.
- Overall helps improve the recruitment process and candidate engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the TA Team.
- Assist the team with onsite Career Fair planning.
- Paid at $14 per hour
- Opportunities to gain real-world office experience in the field of business and sales.
- Flexible schedule (25 hour minimum)
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time career upon graduation pending performance and business need.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Available to work 25 hours weekly onsite in our Fort Myers Headquarters.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Passionate about learning more about Talent Acquisition and being a team player!
