We are a busy and customer-focused car dealership committed to providing excellent service and a smooth experience for our clients. As part of our growing team, we’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and help keep our front office running efficiently.

Position Summary:
The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for many of our customers—answering phones, receiving payments, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a rotating Saturday schedule (every other Saturday required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Receive and process payments for vehicle purchases, service, or parts
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing paperwork
  • Support sales and service departments with clerical tasks as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office or receptionist experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
  • Every other Saturday required
  • Overtime is available!
