As part of our growing team, we’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and help keep our front office running efficiently.
Position Summary:
The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for many of our customers—answering phones, receiving payments, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a rotating Saturday schedule (every other Saturday required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive and process payments for vehicle purchases, service, or parts
- Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing paperwork
- Support sales and service departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous office or receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Every other Saturday required
- Overtime is available!
