Schedule: Evening Shift 12:30-9:00pm
Reports To: Senior Director of Surgical Services

Job Summary:
- Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift.
- Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance.
- Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Current North Carolina or Multistate RN licensure required.
- Active BLS certification.
- ACLS Required
- CNOR Preferred
- Proven experience in Surgical Services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and healthcare technologies.
