Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to maintain optimal turf health and appearance
- Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently to support landscape upkeep
- Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure proper watering schedules and prevent dry spots
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, mulching, and general gardening to enhance course aesthetics
- Maintain course features like bunkers, greens, tees, and fairways through hand tools and landscaping techniques
- Support seasonal tasks such as aeration, overseeding, and pest control to promote healthy turf growth
- Collaborate with team members on land grading, drainage improvements, and other landscaping projects to improve course conditions
Skills
- Experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and edging
- Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping like trimmers, blowers, and small machinery
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining high standards of course quality
