Scot Industries is a leading manufacturing company (www.scotindustries.com) with 12 locations throughout the country. We are looking for energetic candidates with an ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Night Shift Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Candidates are responsible for the planning, organization, management and all other supervisory duties of the shift. Supervisor is responsible for verification of product to specifications, shipments and other plant duties.
Requirements:
- Problem-Solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability and interest to assume greater responsibility
- Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Past leadership experience preferred (scholastic, work, and/or organizations)
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Must be eligible to be legally employed in the United States
