As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You will be leading a team of dedicated employees and collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our department . We are looking for energetic candidates with an ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. This position is On-Site in Muscoda, WI.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Mastercam
- Ability to set up and run CNC lathes
- Ability to read prints and produce quality documentation for PPAPs
- Problem-Solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability and interest to assume greater responsibility
- Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Past leadership experience preferred (scholastic, work, and/or organizations)
- Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be eligible to be legally employed in the United States
