Administrative Internship

Scot Forge is looking to hire 1 Part-Time Intern/Student in Spring Grove, IL to assist with preparation for the company Picnic. This opportunity will be for 3-4 weeks starting in July.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Scotsman’s Closet sale at the company picnic. This includes but is not limited to:

• Cleaning and organization of venue after the 4^th of July picnic
• Neatly packing up all items from the closet located in the basement
• Transporting all items to the venue 
• Unpacking and organizing (folding, hanging) new clothing items that were ordered to sell
• Set up of closet in venue (tables, decorations, signs)
• Create signs and help choose props and decorations
• Organizing supplies needed at venue (highlighters, pens, money box, petty cash, payroll deduct forms)
• Responsible for working and keeping the closet organized the entire day of the picnic – July 18, 2026
• Completing an Excel spreadsheet for employee payroll deductions after picnic
• Tear down of closet after picnic (decorations, promo items returned, tables)
• Neatly packing up all items that are left after the sale and transported back to the closet in the office
• Unpack and reorganize all the items in the closet in the office
• Clean venue (sweeping, mopping)
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Program 
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills 
• Needs to be available on Saturday July 18th (day of company picnic)

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Will be working in an office environment

 Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a 90 day head hair drug test today.

The estimated pay range for this position is the lowest and highest range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. The actual base pay offered to a candidate will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
