We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer (Financial Services Cloud) with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and custom Salesforce implementations.
Beyond traditional development, the ideal candidate should also have exposure to AI-driven use cases, including Prompt Engineering, LLM-based automation, and building intelligent Salesforce workflows using tools like Einstein GPT, GPT-based apps, or external LLM APIs.
This role is ideal for developers who want to grow quickly, work on advanced FSC implementations, and be part of AI-powered digital transformation initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
- Customize Salesforce solutions for advanced, non-standard business requirements.
- Build and optimize complex Apex logic, data models, and automation flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments through CI/CD.
- Develop and optimize prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Einstein GPT, etc.) to improve automation and decision-making within Salesforce workflows.
- Work with the team to build AI-assisted agent workflows, dynamic prompts, and intelligent data processing logic.
- Leverage LLM APIs or Salesforce AI tools to automate tasks such as summarization, classification, lead scoring, risk assessment, and customer insights.
- Ensure AI-based outputs meet business accuracy, reliability, and safety expectations.
- 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce customization.
- Proven experience with custom Salesforce implementations beyond declarative tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and deployment processes.
- Experience with API integrations, SDKs, and third-party applications.
- Financial Services Cloud or financial domain experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and sandbox management.
- Experience or interest in Prompt Engineering, LLM integrations, or AI automation is a strong advantage.
