General Manager (GM)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in a fast-paced family entertainment center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have experience in sales and marketing, and a background in operations management. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, staff training, and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily family entertainment center operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance performance and customer service.
• Implement effective cash handling procedures and oversee financial transactions.
• Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.
• Develop budgets and manage expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly.
• Lead shift management activities to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management or related field within the family entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of handling activities such as bowling, arcade, mini golf, go kart etc
• Experience with inventory management and budgeting processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
