SCORE "Counselors of America’s Small Business Owners" is a national association dedicated to helping small business owners form and grow their businesses. The Dayton Chapter of SCORE also supports local nonprofit organizations through a series of six workshops on Fundraising, Planning, Board Development, Marketing, Financial Management, and Volunteer Management. Members also provide face to face client mentoring.

Our experienced mentors and trainers help small businesses and nonprofit organizations

• Develop business strategies and plans, marketing and sales, and financial issues
• Executive and manager development and training
• Financial management and budgeting

We provide volunteers with formal coaching training to help refine your skills and develop new ones.

We also need expienced people to do training workshops, online counseling, promoting SCORE locally.

Our Dayton team of 40 mentors are part of a a group of 10,000 volunteers across the USA who work as a team to provide a broad range of professional services to our clients .
