A significant part of the families we serve speak Spanish at home, and language shouldn't be a barrier to great care. We're actively looking for Spanish-speaking BCBAs who can connect with these families directly, understand their day-to-day reality without a language gap, and deliver parent training and support in the language they're most comfortable with. English-speaking BCBAs are welcome to apply as well — but if you're bilingual in Spanish and English, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs/behavior technicians on your caseload
Deliver parent training that's practical and realistic for each family's day-to-day life
Monitor progress through data review and adjust programming as needed
Maintain documentation in compliance with BACB and state standards
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in Georgia
Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border
Comfortable delivering services via telehealth
Spanish fluency a strong plus, not required
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, fully flexible — you build your own schedule
Pay: $80–$90 per hour
Location: Remote/Telehealth
