About the Role:
The Sales position is a critical role focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within theSeattle market. The successful candidate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and ensure repeat business. The Sales professional will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences. Ultimately, the role aims to contribute significantly to the company’s market presence and financial success through consistent achievement of sales targets. This role is not eligible for remote work. The selected candidate must be able to reliably be in the office in Woodinville, WA up to 5 days per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling in the specific industry relevant to the company’s products or services.
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and social media platforms for lead generation.

Salary Range:
- $82,000 to $92,000 per year
- Commissions up to 6%
