Scopely is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Animation generalist - Intern to join our Casino team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Animate 2D UI/Character moments for in-game features, events, and promo popups
- Design cool 2D assets — characters, props, icons, backgrounds
- Turn static art into lively, expressive animations
- Help polish UI transitions and micro-interactions
- Prep clean, organised, animation-ready files
- Jump in on seasonal reskins and live game updates
- Collaborate with Art, Design & Tech teams to ship awesome stuff
- Iterate fast, learn faster
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.)
- Solid fundamentals in drawing, composition, color & lighting
- Someone who enjoys both creating assets and animating them
- Basic understanding of UI/character animation
- Open to feedback and excited to improve
- A team player who thrives in a structured production environment
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in: Spine / Adobe animate (or similar animation tools)
- Photoshop (for asset creation)
- Basic understanding of asset optimization for games
- Familiarity with AI-assisted art/animation tools is a plus
