Warehouse Associate
We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in electronic products. We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our on-site team in Irvine, California.
Warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Lunch: One-hour unpaid lunch
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
- Work Location: On-site in Irvine, California
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Pay Frequency: Biweekly
- Bonus: Eligible for an annual company performance bonus
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy
- Update inventory records using the company’s inventory management system
- Assist with testing, cleaning, and refurbishing electronic products
- Perform inventory counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work with team members to meet daily shipping and operational goals
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required
- Electronics testing or refurbishment experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent full-time schedule
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a warehouse environment throughout the day
