🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, and test HVAC systems for functionality and efficiency
- Perform coil inspections and cleanings (indoor and outdoor, if accessible)
- Clean condensate drains and check refrigerant levels
- Conduct electrical inspections and safety checks
- Handle HCFC and HFC refrigerants responsibly
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle
- Provide professional service and communicate clearly with customers
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic HVAC knowledge and familiarity with diagnostic procedures
- Skilled with hand tools: screwdrivers, wire strippers, gauges, cordless drills, etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)
- EPA 608 Certified
