Field Inspector - Residential And Commercial Property Claims

The Field Inspector will conducts regional property inspections for water, fire and smoke, and wind and hail damage claims. this role evaluates property damage, documents findings, collects photographic evidence, and prepares accurate scopes to support the claims process. The position offers advancement opportunities to Senior Field Inspector and Claims Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regional inspections of residential properties.
• Assess damage related to water, fire and smoke, wind, and hail claims.
• Document property conditions and claim findings accurately.
• Collect clear, comprehensive photographs during inspections.
• Write detailed repair scopes based on observed damage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in residential property claims inspection.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of residential building inspection and property damage assessment.
• Construction knowledge.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Attention to detail and effective time management.
