Full Time and Part Time positions available in Russellville, AL. Must be able to work weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Looking for evenings, nights, weekend shifts
*Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in their home and community
*Assist with transporting people to and from home, work, day center.
*Assist with all activities of daily living as needed
*Assist with meal preparation and eating
*Assist with social interaction and recreation
*General supervision with oversight
*Regular standing, walking, sitting, use of hands and arms
*Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
*Implement the Person-Centered Plan
*Complete appropriate documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
*High school diploma or GED equivalent
*Must have a valid driver's license, have a good driving record and be insurable
*Must be able to clear a State and Federal background check.
