Duties
- Diagnose and repair a variety of powersports vehicles using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components
- Conduct heavy lifting of parts and vehicles safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform wiring repairs as needed
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure all repairs meet quality standards
- Assist customers with technical questions and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and upgrades
Qualifications
- Experience in powersports or automotive repair fields prefered.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and suspension work
- Experience with brake repair, assembly processes, automotive diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Knowledge of sales processes related to vehicle accessories or upgrades is a plus
- Valid mechanic certification or relevant training in automotive or powersports repair is preferred
