Store Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead all daily store operations with excellence.

• Build, coach, and develop an elite leadership team.

• Hire, train, and retain outstanding team members.

• Create schedules and manage labor to maximize profitability.

• Oversee inventory, ordering, food safety, and operational execution.

• Drive sales, customer experience, and financial performance.

• Protect and strengthen our culture through servant leadership.

• Hold team members accountable while helping them grow.

• Develop future Shift Leads, Assistant Managers, and Store Managers.

• Create an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and customers love coming back.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or customer service management.

• Passion for coaching and developing people.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and business performance.

• High standards, personal accountability, and a growth mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Starting at $52,000 annually, based on experience and leadership ability.

Schedule

• 35–45 hours per week

• Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability as needed
