What You'll Do
As a Manager at Scooter's Fish House, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while maintaining our high standards for quality and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Leading and motivating a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Managing schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers to maintain fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Upholding health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues to maintain our reputation for exceptional service.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings (we close at 9:00 PM) and weekends.
