- Assist with building, training, and inspiring a rockstar team

- Assist with driving sales and crushing goals
- Manage schedules, product quality, and store vibes
- Be ready to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and lead by example
- Other related tasks as assigned by the Store Manager l, District Manager, Regional Manager, or Executive Team as requested.
- Local travel may be required
