Job Summary:
At Scooter’s Coffee, we’re all about delivering Amazing Drinks, Amazingly Fast. We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team! As a Barista, you'll be the face of our brand, crafting quality coffee and beverages while creating a fun and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and genuine smile
- Prepare and serve drinks according to Scooter’s Coffee recipes and standards
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including food prep and beverage areas
- Restock supplies and keep inventory organized
- Work as a team to ensure fast and efficient service
- Uphold health and safety guidelines
- Create an inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Must be at least 16 years old
