We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for opening and midday shifts, so if you’re an early riser who loves helping customers start their day, you’re exactly who we want to speak with.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
- Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
- Must have flexible availability to work between the hours of 4:30am to 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right
- Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
