Job Description
Store Manager Trainee

As Store Manager Trainee, you’ll lead a passionate team in creating a fast-paced, positive environment where both employees and customers thrive. You’ll be fully trained to run the day-to-day operations of our drive-thru coffeehouse while building a strong team culture rooted in Scooter’s values: integrity, love, humility, and courage.

We don’t expect you to know it all from day one—that’s why we offer significant, hands-on training and mentorship to set you up for success.

Your Journey

In this role, you’ll:

• Receive comprehensive, hands-on training to confidently lead your store
• Learn how to manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
• Hire, train, and coach a friendly, service-focused team of baristas
• Create a high-energy, welcoming vibe where guests feel seen and appreciated
• Deliver consistent, high-quality beverages that make someone’s day
• Set team goals and celebrate wins together
• Bring enthusiasm, accountability, and heart to everything you do

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and a passion for team leadership
• Great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• A desire to grow personally and professionally
• Ability to lead with empathy, encouragement, and a little bit of hustle
• Must be able to bend, reach, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Prior coffee or management experience is a plus—but not required! If you bring the energy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
