barista

At Scooter's Coffee, we’ve been crafting exceptional coffee experiences since 1998. With a focus on sustainably sourced ingredients and handcrafted perfection, we’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee brands. Our mission is simple: connect with people and create amazing moments in every life we touch. Guided by our core values—integrity, love, humility, and courage—we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team and carry forward our tradition of excellence.

As a barista, you’ll work with a locally owned and operated Scooter’s Coffee franchisee, who sets their own terms of employment. This means you’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contributions truly make a difference.

As a barista at Scooter’s Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of creating delightful experiences for our customers. From crafting high-quality coffee and beverages to delivering warm, friendly service, your role will be all about making people’s day better. You’ll manage daily tasks like taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Most importantly, you’ll embody our core values in every interaction, ensuring each customer leaves with a smile.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (bonus points if it’s in the coffee or food service industry!).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is passionate about coffee and customer service, with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and attention to detail.

While this role does not include additional benefits, it offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, values-driven environment where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful impact. At Scooter’s Coffee, you’ll be part of a brand that values integrity, love, humility, and courage in everything we do.

If you’re ready to bring your energy, enthusiasm, and passion for coffee to our team, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and start crafting amazing experiences with Scooter’s Coffee.
