What are the responsibilities and job description for the The Beehive Pantry is Hiring experienced Barista's FT/ PT $20.00+/hr position at Scooter Hospitality LLC?
We are currently hiring Baristas for Summer/Fall 2023-2024. This is not a seasonal position and requires year-round holiday availability.

You should be comfortable preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, as well as educating customers on our prepared food menu, drink menu bakery menu. A friendly, patient, and welcoming personality is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Take orders from customers and answer questions about menu items.
- Operate grinders, blenders, espresso machines, panini makers, and other basic kitchen equipment
- Ensure that all beverages are food orders prepared according to our standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge and passion for hand-crafted coffee tea drinks
- Knowledge of vegetarian gluten-free diets is helpful
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Flexibility to work early morning (6 AM) afternoon work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Note: Barista pay rate is $11.00/HR plus tips=$20.00 or more per hr
