Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Reports to: VP/GM of Mobility Rentals

Location: Anaheim, USA

We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassador to build awareness of our mobility rental services across hotels in the Anaheim area.

What That Actually Involves

• Visit hotels across Anaheim on a regular schedule
• Conduct cold-call drop-ins to introduce our services
• Build relationships with front desk, bell desk, and concierge teams
• Distribute and maintain brochures and marketing materials
• Act as a professional, friendly brand ambassador
• Track activity and share feedback on opportunities and results

• Outgoing, confident, and personable approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Background in marketing, hospitality, or sales is an asset
  
  

Schedule Expectations

• Flexible, part-time hours (15-20 per week)
• Rotating schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to engage with morning, daytime, evening, and weekend hotel staff to maximize coverage and relationship-building
  
  

What Success Looks Like

• Strong hotel coverage and consistent visit cadence
• Positive relationships with key hotel staff across all shifts
• High visibility of Scootaround materials across locations
• Measurable rentals generated from your efforts
  
  

Additional Information

• Hourly pay - $24.00
• 15–20 hours per week
• Commission on successfully completed rentals generated through distributed marketing materials (tracked and reported)

Communication & Collaboration Requirements

• Active participation in virtual or in-person meetings is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to frequently engage in scheduled video calls, presentations, and team discussions using various video conferencing platforms as well as in-person meetings/visits with our internal team members, clients or partners as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
  
  

Onsite/Remote Work Requirements

• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and maintain a professional, distraction-free remote work environment when working remotely
• Must be able to make regular visits and check-ins at the facility and attend event planning meetings
• Must be available to work flexible hours in a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Technology Use

• Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment for intermittent/extended periods as needed
• Proficiency or willingness to learn digital platforms for communication, documentation, and task management.
  
  

Attendance And Time Commitment

• Regular, predictable attendance is required
• Timely responsiveness and presence during scheduled meetings and operational check-ins are expected.
• Occasional flexibility to assist with any urgent operational needs
