Perks & Compensation:

• Earn up to $268 for day-to-day assignments and more for long-term. While pay varies based on certification, school, and the assignment, we strive to pay some of the highest rates among substitute providers.

• The role is non-exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for education and putting students first

• An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be

• College credits, Associate’s Degree or a Bachelors Degree

• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor

• State & federal background checks

• A TB risk assessment or test 

You’ll Stand Out If You:

• Have a teaching credential/certificate or 30 Day Substitute Teaching Permit 

• Have previous experience in special education settings

• Are bilingual and/or have bilingual teaching experience
