As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you won’t just make placements. You’ll create thoughtful matches that strengthen classrooms, support school communities, and positively impact students every single day.

About the Role

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Washington, DC with three days in office and two days working from home. Start date is October 6, 2026.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Recruit and vet educators through online sourcing, interviews, reference checks, and background verification, maintaining strict standards of quality
• Build and maintain professional relationships with educators to support their career goals and long-term success
• Support school partners by solving urgent staffing challenges and filling classroom vacancies with qualified, exceptional educators
• Develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and team members at partner schools
• Provide personalized, high-touch service to both educators and schools to ensure strong, lasting partnerships

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 1 year of experience in education, recruitment, sales, or customer service
• Strong knowledge of the education market and school environments
• Exceptional administrative and technology skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
• A growth mindset, resilience, and the drive to succeed

You will stand out if you:

• Have experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Are highly comfortable navigating technology platforms
