- Visit customer properties to remove pet waste from designated areas thoroughly and efficiently
- Dispose of waste according to local regulations and company standards
- Maintain friendly, professional communication with customers and team members
- Track routes, tasks, and schedules using our mobile tools
- Report customer concerns, property issues, or unusual situations promptly
- Represent Scooper Heroes with pride, delivering consistent, high-quality service
