Scoop Scholars is a family and veteran-owned pet waste removal company serving Austin and surrounding Central Texas communities. We take care of the dirty work so dog owners can enjoy a clean, safe yard — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to be on the ground floor of that growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Walk residential neighborhoods across Austin and knock on doors to introduce Scoop Scholars to homeowners
- Have friendly, persuasive conversations with dog owners about the value of recurring pet waste removal
- Sign up new customers on the spot using a simple digital process
- Represent the Scoop Scholars brand with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Track your daily activity and report sign-ups to the team

No prior sales experience required. If you’ve done D2D, retail, or any customer-facing role that’s a major plus — but we’ll train the right person. What we can’t teach is a winning attitude and a thick skin. Bring those and we’ll handle the rest.

COMPENSATION
- $20/hour base pay (guaranteed while in the field)
- Commission per new customer sign-up
- ~30 hours per week with flexible scheduling
