Position Summary
Our Production Utilities perform a wide variety of tasks that help us meet and exceed our goals on a daily basis! These tasks can range from packing, bagging, and wrapping to loading and unloading production, or handling ingredients, packing supplies, and candy as assigned by the Shift Lead or Supervisor.
Essential Duties

Essential Duties
- Help others and work effectively in a team environment
- Monitor continuous flow of pans/trays and palletize finished cases
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and GMPs throughout the plant
- Report malfunction of equipment
- Understand and comply with all HACCP, CGMP, and food safety requirements and processes
- At least 18 years of age
- Manufacturing experience and/or training preferred
- Required to Lift up to 50 pounds with repetitive bending and reaching
- Ability to work any shift
- Attention to detail while loading/unloading pans
