Scofield Group Real Estate Scholarship Program -- Las Vegas, NV
Scofield Group is accepting applications for a limited number of scholarship positions designed for individuals who want to launch a career in real estate but have not yet obtained their license.
This is not a classroom seminar. This is a performance-based program built to take serious candidates from zero experience to a fully operational real estate career -- backed by leads, technology, mentorship, and accountability from day one.
What the Scholarship Covers
- Full or partial tuition coverage for Nevada real estate pre-licensing education
- Access to Scofield Group's proprietary training system upon licensure
- Integration into our lead generation ecosystem (Zillow Flex, Seller Leads, AI Marketing)
- CRM setup and onboarding through Follow Up Boss
- One-on-one mentorship with producing agents
- Structured 90-day ramp plan with weekly KPI tracking

Program Expectations
- Complete pre-licensing coursework within the designated timeline
- Pass the Nevada Real Estate Exam
- Commit to a minimum 12-month production agreement with Scofield Group
- Meet weekly activity benchmarks and attend all required training sessions
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based role upon licensure. Scholarship recipients gain immediate access to our lead flow, AI-powered marketing systems, and mentorship -- giving you a significant head start over agents entering the industry independently.
Earning potential in Year 1: $40,000 -- $150,000 depending on activity and commitment.
