- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
- Oversee reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and availability of room bookings while managing walk-ins and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting

Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and reservation software
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices
