- Set appointments and maintain a school calendar
- Organize and maintain student records
- Assist with scheduling and facilitating student intakes and guardian interviews
- Maintain spreadsheets with student demographics and contact information for students and families
- Work as a collaborative team, working closely with advocate counselors, school program directors, and DOE staff
- Update payroll records on a bi-weekly basis
- Create and manage a system for ordering supplies, school recruitment materials, and other items as necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships between employees working in key offices at SCO
- Other duties as required
