Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment. Training, Uniforms and equipment provided. Seeking current or prior Law Enforcement, Military, Security, or have a Law Enforcement education, background, or training. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Overtime Pay on Holidays. No Criminal History, Must pass a Medical Check, Background Check, and a Drug Test.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the property.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents.
- Assist in conflict management situations by applying de-escalation techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
