We are helping our client, a leading global automotive manufacturer, find a direct hire on-site Production Control Specialist to support enterprise-wide production control, warehouse operations, supply chain planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Highlight:
• Full-time on-site
• Title: Production Control Specialist
Background Requirements:
• MUST be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
• Minimum of 5 years of Production Control or Supply Chain Management experience.
• Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
• Experience developing KPI reporting, performing data analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting production planning, engineering change management, and supply chain capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse management systems.
• Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Platform experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Analysis) preferred.
• Oracle Applications experience preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
