We are helping our client that provides electronics manufacturing services, including PCB assembly, prototyping and full product builds for automotive, industrial and commercial applications find a direct hire on-site Process Engineer.
Position Highlight:
• Full Time on-site role in Huntsville, AL
• Title: Process Engineer
Background Requirements:
• MUST be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship
• MUST have SMT (surface mount technology machines) process engineering experience
• Automation engineering would be a plus
• Strong background in root cause analysis, SPC methodology and disciplined documentation.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610; exposure to IATF 16949 and/orAS9100 preferred.
• Proven leader managing teams in customer success
• Strong experience in driving measurable client outcomes and meeting deadlines for deeper partnerships and growth.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization.
