Job Responsibilities
- Lead creation and management of product roadmaps
- Oversight of engineering, quality, production, and supply chain operations
- Evaluation and improvement of processes
- Management of overall profit and loss (P&L) of products
- Ensuring compliance with policies and practices among staff
- Development of training modules
- Leadership of direct report life cycles
- Preparation and submission of financial reports
- Day-to-day leadership and supervision of the team
- Contribution to strategic plans and forecasts
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with suppliers and customers
- Efficiency improvements and process enhancements
- Visits to multiple manufacturing plants
