Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Manage the waitlist and seating using the restaurant's system.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate table seating with managers and servers.
- Maintain an organized and clean assigned area.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests.
- Assist with takeout orders when needed.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
