The Principal Solutions & Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise application integrations and business solutions across the organization’s manufacturing and corporate environments. This hands-on role partners closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, vendors, and IT leadership to deliver practical, scalable solutions that support manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and enterprise business systems. The Principal Solutions & Integration Engineer draws on their experience integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), electronic data interchange (EDI), and Microsoft platform technologies within complex business environments and works across both technical and functional areas. This position plays a key role in supporting the continued growth, stability, and evolution of the company’s enterprise applications and integration landscape.
Estimated starting annual base salary is $168,920.05 - $253,380.08 per year less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, paid based on Company performance factors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise application integrations across ERP, CRM, EDI, manufacturing, and business systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze operational challenges, and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between platforms such as ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, EDI platforms, manufacturing applications, and cloud services.
- Support and optimize business applications including JD Edwards (JDE), AMAPS, NetSuite, SAP-related integrations, and Microsoft platform technologies.
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, and business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Administer and support Microsoft collaboration and business platforms including SharePoint and Azure-based services.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and data flow issues across multiple environments and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support EDI transactions, data exchange processes, and operational system reliability.
- Participate in application architecture and integration design discussions with a focus on practical implementation, scalability, maintainability, and business value.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, support procedures, and system standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, system reliability, and data integrity across the enterprise.
- Support project delivery activities including solution design, testing, deployment, user support, and production stabilization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and assist in establishing best practices for integrations and application support.
- Participate in after-hours support activities as required for critical business operations and production systems.

Required Qualifications |
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business information systems, or related field, or commensurate combination of education and work experience.
- 10 years’ relevant technical experience, including at least 7 years supporting enterprise business applications, systems integration, and solution engineering in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven experience integrating ERP, CRM, and operational business systems in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience working with Microsoft business technologies including Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience supporting or integrating with platforms such as JDE, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, EDI systems, or similar enterprise applications.
- Experience working directly with business users, operational leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based integration technologies and hybrid enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering hands-on technical solutions from design through implementation and support.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration concepts, data flows, application programming interfaces (APIs), middleware, and business process automation.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, order management, or production-related business processes.
