Job Summary
SCM Training Club is looking for a dependable, positive, and proactive Studio Operations Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of our private strength training studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping people, and learning a variety of new skills. No fitness experience is required—we're happy to train the right person.
As our business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to assist with everything from studio operations and customer service to marketing, social media, and community events.
Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Open and close the facility as scheduled
- Perform light cleaning, laundry, and restocking of supplies
- Organize equipment and assist with general studio upkeep
- Welcome clients and provide friendly customer service
- Answer basic phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Assist with scheduling and light administrative tasks
- Capture photos and videos during classes and events
- Assist with social media, marketing, and promotional projects
- Help prepare workshops, community events, and studio activities
- Perform other general support duties as needed
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Social media, photography, Canva, or video editing experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin) is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform light physical tasks
