What you'll be doing
As a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager, you will lead projects from conception through completion, overseeing technical execution, team coordination, and client engagement. Your role will include:

- Project Leadership: Establish clear project objectives, procedures, and performance expectations aligned with company policies.
- Work Plan Execution: Create and implement project work plans, adapting as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of projects, ensuring smooth progress across all scopes of work.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to support project success and long-term partnerships.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead effective meetings with both internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment and progress.
- Team Supervision: Provide oversight and support to project staff while supervising the work of CAD technicians.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain all required documentation to support assigned projects from start to finish.
- Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets to ensure financial accountability and project profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities by actively listening to current and potential clients.
- Proposal & Interview Support: Contribute to proposals, interviews, and presentations to secure new projects.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms with colleagues and clients.
- Initiative & Independence: Take ownership of responsibilities and move tasks forward with minimal supervision.
- Contract Oversight: Manage contract financials to protect company interests while fostering positive client relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Provide QA/QC and peer reviews for engineering calculations, reports, and design plans.
This is a key leadership role with room to make a significant impact on our team and the communities we serve.
What you bring
- PE license and a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 15 years of progressively responsible engineering experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
- A passion for serving others and pride in producing high-quality, community-focused work
